Shipping rates are based on order value and delivery preference, with two delivery options: Standard and White Glove.

Parcels
For items weighing under 50 pounds, we utilize trusted parcel delivery services (such as UPS, FedEx, Canpar, etc.), and you'll receive tracking details once they are provided by the carrier.
Furniture Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: This option includes a scheduled, curbside delivery. Our delivery partner will not enter your residence. If Room of Choice delivery is available, it will be the default method.
White Glove Delivery: Scheduled indoor delivery to your chosen room (up to one flight of stairs). This service includes unboxing, assembly, and removal of packaging. Please ensure the pathway is clear of obstructions beforehand.
Shipping Timelines
The shipping timelines provided on the product listing are estimates derived from live data sourced from our extensive supplier network. While we strive to maintain accuracy, unforeseen circumstances may lead to occasional adjustments. Rest assured, we'll promptly inform you of any changes as they occur.
For orders containing multiple furniture pieces, expect a personalized email from our team within 1-2 business days of placing your order. This email will detail specific fulfillment information. Tracking details for individual items may be sent separately, as furniture items could originate from different warehouses, potentially resulting in multiple shipments per order.
Delivery Procedures
Once your order is ready for delivery, a representative will reach out to you to schedule a delivery date with a 4-hour window. Please note that the delivery windows are coordinated directly with our local delivery partners and not by Proper Goods Club. In certain cases, due to limited routes, rural areas may have deliveries scheduled every few weeks.
To ensure a smooth delivery process, please take the time to measure entry points and remove any obstacles beforehand to provide a clear pathway for your items. Kindly keep in mind that our delivery partners are unable to relocate existing furniture or dispose of unwanted items. If you have specific delivery instructions, please include them in the order notes section during checkout or contact us promptly at support@propergoodsclub.com.
Upon the arrival of your items, we kindly ask you to inspect them carefully for any damage and note it on the delivery slip. To report any damages, please take photos of both the packaging and the product and contact us as promptly as possible at support@propergoodsclub.com.
Storage Options
We aim to dispatch orders promptly as they become available. However, if you anticipate being unable to accept delivery for a certain period, please inform us at the time of ordering and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. Should you be unable or unwilling to accept delivery within two weeks of arrival at our delivery warehouse, storage fees of $100 per day, per item, may be applicable. Payment of storage fees must be settled before items are released for delivery.
