Small Furniture is subject to a 15% restocking fee. You will need to arrange and cover the return shipping to our distribution center in Ottawa, ON, Canada. Simply ensure your item is back with us within 30 days, securely packaged and in its original condition. Once it's at our warehouse, our partners will swiftly inspect it within 72 hours. If any damage occurs during transit, rest assured our attentive team will evaluate and provide either store credit or a refund, depending on the item's condition.

Large Furniture is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Once again, you'll manage the return shipping to our distribution center in Ottawa, ON, Canada. Please ensure the item is back with us within 30 days of receipt, in its original packaging and condition. Our partners will inspect it within 72 hours of arrival. If any issues arise during the return, we'll handle it with care to ensure you receive the deserved refund.
RUGS & PLUG-IN LIGHTING
Rugs & Plug-in lighting are subject to a 15% restocking fee. They must be received at our distribution warehouse within 30 days of receipt. You will need to organize and cover the cost of return shipping to our warehouse in Ottawa, ON, Canada. Please ensure these items return to us in their original condition and packaging. Once received, we'll promptly process your refund to the original payment method.
FINAL SALE
