Founder's note

Proper Goods Club grew out of years of hands-on experience supporting interior designers. Before launching the platform, I spent many years in operations at a leading interior design firm and a boutique furniture retailer. My background spans logistics, trade programs, customer experience, and fulfillment—but the work I valued most was collaborating directly with designers.

That experience made one thing clear: sourcing isn’t a back-office function. It sits at the intersection of creativity and complexity—where time, energy, and margin too often slip away. I watched designers navigate retail systems never built to support them, compromising both profitability and process.
